We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. When you download or use our App, we may collect certain data about your use of interaction with the App. We only retain collected data for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.

What data is Collected?

• Microphone : Our app has recording capabilities. Whether you will use it or not is up to you. We use it to allow you record your own voice to play as a character in our story. How you use it is limited by your creativity. As you record it, you have option to save your recording or cancel recording. In case you cancel your recording, our App will not save your voice. But if you wish to save it, we may access your device storage to save your recording and you can optionally use your recording to replay your voice in a scene in our story. We will ask your consent to use microphone in your device one time only. Use of the microphone only occurs when you are using the App and only by your consent. There is no background listening employed. Our App does not interpret human voices.

Our app does not and will not collect any of your personal information. We don’t knowingly share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties. We do not connect your voice data stored in the device to anywhere outside your device.

HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA

We do not sell, trade, or rent your recording data to others. We use third-party service providers (as set out below) to help us operate our business and cubrick interaktive activities on our behalf. We do not use analytics software to collect and send device data to third parties but our third party service provider may collect and send anonymized data.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

We have implemented technical security measures that are designed to help protect your data according to our best implementation of software we use. However there are no method is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your recording data.

YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROL OVER YOUR DATA

Our app will save your recording data internally in your device as long as you may use it. It is your own responsibility to protect your device from any misuse or breach intentionally or not intentionally. If you wish to delete your recording data, you may overwrite your recording with blank voice by activating our record button against noise sound or simply uninstall our app from your device and your recording data should be deleted as your device Operating System would do. We do not have control over your data beyond your device Operating System.

LOG DATA

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the App we may collect data and information (through third party products) on your device called Crash Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics to make us understand better of what cause the error.

COOKIES

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the App may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. IN APP PURCHASING

We may use In App Purchasing through our Services. When you make purchases through the App, we process your payments through a third party application, including the Apple App Store. The third party application may collect certain financial information from you to process a payment on behalf of cubrick interaktive, including your name, email address and other billing information.

ADVERTISING

We do not use Advertising in our App. So there is no way our app use or share your data to any third party Advertising.
